Kaziranga Craft Haat is a curated pop-up craft and lifestyle market showcasing authentic crafts, handlooms, sustainable products, indigenous foods, art and creative enterprises. To maintain quality, authenticity and overall standard of the Haat, the organiser reserves the sole right to finalise and select participants.
Stall Charges (for 5 days):
Booking before 10 January 2026: ₹6,500/- per stall
Booking after 11 January 2026: ₹10,500/- per stall

Terms & Conditions
1. Curation & Selection
Kaziranga Craft Haat is a curated event. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. The organiser reserves the sole right to select, reject or limit participants to maintain the quality, diversity and theme of the event. The organiser’s decision shall be final.
2. Stall Allotment
* Stall size and location will be allotted by the organiser.
* Requests for specific stall locations may be considered but are not guaranteed.
* Subletting or sharing of stalls without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment & Confirmation
* Stall booking will be confirmed only after full payment of the applicable stall charges.
* Early bird rates apply only if payment is received on or before 10 January 2026.
* All payments once made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Cancellation & No-Show
* In case of cancellation by the participant, stall charges will not be refunded.
* Non-participation or late arrival will be treated as a no-show, with no refund or adjustment.
5. Products & Display
* Participants are permitted to sell/display only the products approved during the curation process.
* Sale of illegal, hazardous, counterfeit or prohibited items is strictly not allowed.
* The organiser reserves the right to remove any product or stall that does not comply with event guidelines.
6. Setup & Dismantling
* Stall setup must be completed within the time frame specified by the organiser.
* Dismantling of stalls before the official closing of the event is not permitted.
7. Electricity & Utilities
* Only the provided electrical point may be used.
* Use of additional electrical equipment without permission is not allowed.
* Participants are responsible for their own electrical appliances and safety.
8 . Cleanliness & Waste Management
* Participants must maintain cleanliness in and around their stalls.
* Waste must be disposed of only at designated points.
* Use of plastic bags and non-eco-friendly materials is discouraged.
9. Security & Liability
* Basic security will be provided; however, the organiser shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of goods or personal belongings.
* Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance if required.
10. Conduct & Discipline
* Participants must behave professionally and respectfully with visitors, fellow participants, staff and organisers.
* Any misconduct, nuisance or violation of rules may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.
11. Food & Accommodation
* Food and accommodation are not included in the stall charges.
* In-campus food facilities will be available on a paid basis.
12. Publicity & Branding Rights
* The organiser reserves the right to use photographs, videos and content from the event for promotional and archival purposes without any compensation.
13. Situations Beyond the Organiser’s Control
The organiser shall not be held responsible for cancellation, delay or changes due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, weather conditions or unforeseen events.
14. Compliance with Local Laws
Participants must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and permissions related to their products and business operations.
15. Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in the interest of the event.
